THE POWER OF THE MIND

Do you ever listen to your thoughts? Do you know how powerful your thoughts are? 90% of our brain is subconscious and only 10% is which means that most of the time we are unaware of what we are thinking.
Do you know that the way you think affects the way you feel about yourself and others? Yes tremendously. People can feel how you perceive yourself. If you feel guilty, people will make you feel even guiltier because they catch up the vibe. They are not aware that they do, they do it naturally. Did it ever happen to you? How did you feel? Do you feel like blaming someone else for this feeling? If you do don't, instead see it as a way for the other person to send you an awareness message about how you feel inside.
With time I learned to be aware of these things and it is amazing how rapidly one catches up with these things once you practice.
If you want to be aware of your thoughts, I suggest that you sit down in a quite place, close your eyes, take 3 deep breathes and start to listen to your thoughts. You can also write them down in order to increase your awareness.
Our life is evolved around thoughts, but we as individuals have the power to control them.
Notice what kind of thoughts you have. Are they positive thoughts or negative ones? What do you focus on most? What subject do you think about most of the time?
Did you know that your thoughts can also affect your health? So far I didn't see scientific evidence of that as much as I know, but I did observe it and many people already observed it such as Louise Hay and Lise Bourbeau who also found ways of healing certain diseases.
I am a great believer in the Power of the mind. I believe that the mind is a very powerful tool and if we know how to use it we can use it very effectively in our life as long as we help other people and do good deeds.
Have you noticed your personal Power? Do you listen to your thoughts? What have you noticed? I would love to hear from you. You know it is nice to write blogs, but it is even more interesting when I get comments and see what is your take on things as well.
